Have you been reasoning about joining a network marketing company but not sure which to choose? When seeing for a network marketing company there are four things that it must have in order for you to perform great success. You must be passionate about the product, it must have a great pay plan, you must have a strong team to work with, and you must be able to leverage your time.

Passion was amount one for me. I needed to have a product that I felt very passionate about. I needed to feel proud of the company I was going to represent. I wanted to be able to share it with my best friend and know it would be a great product for her. Now don’t get me wrong I am not saying go out and anticipation family and friends. What I am saying is, I wanted to report a product that offered excellent value, and I would be proud to have my friends and family buy it.

Travel was something I all the time loved. My fondest memories growing up were times my family and I spent on vacations, going to Disneyland, and the trips to Canada with my cousins. I loved the Caribbean, the crystal blue water, the warm breeze and sitting on the beach with a tropical umbrella drink, true paradise on earth. These were the types of memories I wanted my family to have. I wanted my family to perceive dissimilar cultures, and the experiences that voyage provides, but most of all I wanted them to have the memories. So I decided to look at the voyage industry.

So what do you feel passionate about? what do you enjoy? What would you be proud to represent? This is a great place to start when seeing for the type of company you want to be complex with.

So having decided the voyage commerce was where I belonged, was that sufficient to become an affiliate marketer? Quite frankly, no. That was sufficient to get me to buy the product, but it takes more than a great product to be able to make money as an affiliate.

To be able to store a product and make a 6 or 7 figure income you must also have a great payment plan and the reserve of an excellent team. You see, I watched my mom struggle with not one but three dissimilar network marketing, Mlm type companies. She did the whole thing, the piles of product stacked up, the hotel meetings, the product presentations. I’m not sure how many times I was dragged along to hotel meetings but I know it was way to many to count. So why even consider being an affiliate marketer? One word – Leverage.

The pay plan allows you to leverage other affiliates and their dreams for themselves. You can help them perform their goals for financial and time freedom. You can help other citizen perform their goals and stop working at a job where their income is limited. You can as they say “fire your boss.”

You can leverage the Internet and your time. You are able to multiply your efforts thousands of times. The Internet works for you 24/7 all year long and allows you to take control of your time. It allows you to have true time freedom. So the next thing you want to consider is the pay plan. Does the payment plan allow you to earn the type income you want?

With a good team there is a path to success that you can follow. My mom was like so many others, she never made much money in any of the companies she joined, even though they all had great products. This is why you must have a great team and mentor to help you learn how to store and how to leverage.

I was able to find all things that I was seeing for; a product I was passionate about, a team I can rely on, a great pay plan, plus the ability to leverage my time with the Internet!
